The Beech House Refresh

This was a fun project with a swift turn around. My sweet client reached out to me for help turning this old house on the beach (on beech street - hence the name) into a cozy air-bnb. They invested in this property and wanted some assistance making it feel cohesive without a giant budget. Luckily enough, my client had so much extra beachy decor, so her furniture and accents just needed to find a home in this house. After the flooring was redone and new lighting was installed, everything was repainted but they kept the old 70s charm of the kitchen - I got to work. Within about two weeks we had everything placed and ready for guests.

We had the opportunity to stay here and it was indeed, very very cozy. Sometimes all you need is a little reimagination of your current pieces to refresh a space into something more livable and comfortable. And in this case for my clients - profitable!
